Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and
Conditions of Service apply to all products and services provided by
TreeFrog Graphics.
Copyright is retained by
TreeFrog Graphics on all design work including words, pictures, ideas,
visuals and illustrations unless specifically released in writing and after
all costs have been settled. If a choice of design is presented, only one solution is deemed to be given by TreeFrog Graphics as fulfilling the contract. All other designs remain the property of TreeFrog Graphics, unless agreed in writing. Full copyright to any chosen design concept out of designs presented to you become the property of the client once payment has been received in full, however TreeFrog Graphics retains the right to display the item/s in any online or offline portfolios, and for the purpose of marketing or advertising our services on or offline Project Acceptance At the time of proposal, TreeFrog Graphics will provide the client with a written estimate or quotation. The Terms and Conditions can be read on the TreeFrog Graphics website www.treefrog-graphics.co.uk. A copy of the written estimate or quotation is to be signed and dated by the customer to indicate acceptance and should be returned to TreeFrog Graphics. Alternatively, the client may send an official order in reply to the estimate or quotation which binds the client to accept TreeFrog Graphics terms and conditions. No work on a project will commence until either document has been received by TreeFrog Graphics. Charges for Design and Print Services Charges for design and print will be set out in the written estimate or quotation that is provided to the client. At the time of the customer's signed acceptance of this estimate or quotation, indicating acceptance of the Terms & Conditions, full payment (100%) of the quoted fee will become immediately due. Work on the project will not commence until TreeFrog Graphics has received this amount. Charges for any additional services over and above the estimated design, will also become fully payable (100% of the quoted amount) at the time of estimate or quotation acceptance. Alteration to design work The customer agrees that changes requested over and above the estimated or quoted work or requested to be carried out after acceptance of the draft design may be liable to a separate charge. The customer also agrees that TreeFrog Graphics holds no responsibility for any amendments made by any third party, before or after a design is published. It is the responsibility of the client to check proofs carefully for accuracy in all respects, ranging from spelling to technical illustrations. TreeFrog Graphics is not liable for any errors or omissions. Your signature or that of your authorized representative is required on all artwork prior to release for printing or other implementation. Cancellation Rights You have a right to cancel your order at anytime. In the event of cancellation you will be refunded 100% of your monies minus the cost of the work carried out by TreeFrog Graphics and any Third Party so far, this will be based on our hourly rate and any additional costs incurred. If no work was started, you will not be charged. If all work was completed, you will not be entitled to a refund and may not receive any goods. Payments The client agrees to pay TreeFrog Graphics in accordance with the terms specified in each proposal / estimate or quotation. On accounts that have not submitted a credit application and been approved by TreeFrog Graphics, will be required to pay 100% of the project cost before work can begin. Unless otherwise specified, all subsequent balances due are payable upon the acceptance of the quotation. For those with credit accounts Interest on past due balances is 24% per annum or 2% per month. We reserve the right to refuse completion or delivery of work until past due balances are paid. Payments by Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer and all Major Credit and Debit cards are accepted. Funds must be cleared before work can begin. Note: Urgent jobs should be paid for by either Cash, Credit or Debit card. Returned cheques will incur an additional fee of 35.00 (GBP) per returned cheque. TreeFrog Graphics reserves the right to consider an account to be in default in the event of a returned cheque. Privacy Policy TreeFrog Graphics are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number/s, and e-mail address. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. The personal information, which we hold, will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. No information will be passed on to any third party
